Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping takes 5-10 business days. All orders include a tracking number sent via email once dispatched.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
Every Atolyestone piece comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
